Yvette Giovanni

Dawg House Manager

Yvette Giovanni is a Dawg House Manager at All Dawgs.  Prior to working at All Dawgs, Yvette worked with the Liberty Canine Care Center, where she supervised the daycare, cleaned the yards, did laundry, attended to boarders, fed dogs and administered medications.  Yvette is currently taking courses to become a trainer and veterinary technician.

Yvette brings a lot to her work at All Dawgs, including having worked with rescue dogs and shelter dogs for more than 20 years.  She also volunteers with the Saratoga County Animal Shelter.

Yvette says she really enjoys the dogs in her promotion to  Dawg House Manager.  She loves working with the daycare staff and the daycare dogs, learning their personalities and learning about all breeds and is personally interested in helping each of them improve their interactions with other dogs and with their humans.  Yvette says she particularly likes working with dogs that may be known as “difficult,” and says she brings extra care and attention to them to help them be the best dogs they can possibly be.

Yvette is the proud owner of 3 dogs: Enzo, a 7-year-old Great Pyrenees, Barry, an 8-year-old Rhodesian Ridgeback and Dioge, an 8-10-year-old rescue.

When she is not working at All Dawgs, Yvette enjoys sports, especially football and hockey, and is active in kick-boxing and weight training.  She also enjoys classic motorcycles, old black and white movies, westerns and musicals.
