Trick Dawgs

The fun alternative to competition!

If you are not interested in having your dog compete in dog sports, but you are looking for a fun complement or alternative to competition training to keep your dog sharp, come and explore our Trick Dawgs class! Taught by All Dawgs’ owner and Certified Trick Dog Instructor Diane Blackman, this class will familiarize  you with the trick of the dog training trade, including everything from specific stunts to training concepts you can use to teach our dog fun, challenging tricks.

There are many benefits to teach your dog new tricks. Teaching new behaviors is a wonderful way to form a closer bond with your dog, your dog’s overall obedience and manners may improve and you will have a dog who knows fun tricks and enjoys performing them with you! Trick training can also result in better health, increased flexibility, balance and concentration, as well as giving a boost to your dog’s confidence and helping him or her better channel unfocused energy. Teaching your dog tricks will also enhance the experience for everyone during therapy dog visits.

This class will prepare students to officially certify their skills by earning trick dog titles from the American Kennel Club or Do More With Your Dog®
