We look forward to working with you and your dog for an Advanced Training Assessment. This assessment will be held at the All Dawgs facility at 30 Railroad Ave, Albany, New York. We are off of Fuller Road. You will have two attempts each of the following exercises:
- Walk on a loose leash
- Come when Called (on a 20-foot long line)
- One-minute sit-stay at the end of a 3 to 4-foot leash (the dog must stay in a sit the entire time)
- One-minute down stay at the end of a 3 to 4-foot leash (the dog must stay in a sit the entire time)
- Sit politely for petting
There is also a dog-to-dog walk-by to check for reactivity issues.
You’ll need:
- Nylon, cotton, or leather collar and a 3-to 4-foot leash. Retractable leashes do not make good training tools.
- You may bring treats to use prior to the start of the assessment. However, you are not able to use treats during the assessment.
- Please potty your dog prior to entering the building.
Please note, we have a no cancel policy for the assessment. We will be unable to issue any refunds or exchanges of funds to another service for this lesson.
We look forward to working with you and your dog soon!
